Appraisals
Most insurance companies request for you to have a jewelry appraisal done. Well, at Robert Haack Diamonds, we can help! We have a trained staff that can write up your jewelry appraisal and for high end jewelry pieces, we have graduate gemologists on staff. We can appraise any type of jewelry and makes no difference on where you bought your item from. We will be happy to give you an estimate on the appraisal cost. Usually can be done in four days or less. These appraisals are done on the store premises. After close inspection and careful examination of your item, one of our trained staff will provide you with a detailed written jewelry valuation report.

Insurance Replacements
Losing or damaging your cherished jewelry is upsetting to say the least. If you’ve experienced a loss of or damage to your jewelry, Robert Haack Diamonds wants to help you. We will work with your insurance company directly, so you receive the maximum benefit allowed and to insure that your jewelry is replaced, or restored as close to original specifications. It doesn’t make any difference on where you purchased your jewelry from and the insurance company can not force you to use a jeweler you don’t want to. Let us take the stress out of the insurance replacement process for you.

Not only can it reproduce various dynamic fonts and whimsical designs, but it’s actually programmed to deliver your textual message or artfully etch the recipient’s name in many different languages!

Custom Designs/ Goldsmiths
Robert Haack offers master goldsmiths at both locations for custom jewelry pieces. Whether you’ve got an idea you’d like us to design or an existing jewel you’d like to remount, we can create the jewelry of your dreams. From an initial drawing by our staff artist, to a wax carving and then a Master Goldsmith’s finished piece – custom designs are one-of-a-kind pieces that enhance personal meaning and value. The custom creating process typically takes from four to six weeks to complete.
Jewelry Repair
Robert Haack Diamonds has master goldsmiths on staff to help with the basic repairs to the complicated ones. You will be given an estimate before the repair work starts. Our repairs usually are done in less than a week, again, we will give you an estimated due date. Robert Haack Diamonds will treat you fair on the cost, and treat you like family on the trust.
Jewelry Cleaning/Polish as you Wait
Robert Haack Diamonds encourage you to take good care of your jewelry by brining it in for an occasional free cleaning and polishing. Please ask one of our experienced sales staff what the safest, most effective way to clean your own, special purchase is.
